At Sleekh Hair Care, we want you to love your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return period for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sleekh_care@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose:

    • Refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store credit for a future purchase.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund or store credit to be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Sale items or promotional gifts may not be eligible for return (if applicable).
